Cool traders and general great supporters of art and artists alike, the Butchers Shop has teamed up with the Norfolk Lanes Youth Festival in November to bring what looks like a great little group art exhibition to the streets of Fremantle:
“The Norfolk Lanes Youth Festival is in it’s second year and is part of the bigger Fremantle Festival. Activities on the day include live graffiti, live music, skating demonstrations, market stalls and heaps more. Have a look at their Facebook page or Myspace for locations and the complete lineup.
We will be located in the big marquee on Essex Street, come early to have a gander and perhaps pick up a piece of art to take home.
We have selected fourteen extremely talented, young, local artists to participate, some names you probably recognise, and some equally awesome first-time-exhibitors.”
Who: Aidan White, Amok Island, Ash Reader, Cheeks, Daek, Dave Misled, David Manea, Deathbot, Michael Katchan, Mitchell Page, Mow Skwoz, Patrick Leonard O’Brien, Yohyo, Vader
What: The Chopping Block group exhibition – Norfolk Lanes Youth Festival
Where: Essex Street, Fremantle, WA
When: Saturday 13th November, 12pm til 7pm
