Live art is always pretty awesome, and combined with some sweet beats, your’e pretty well guaranteed to have yourself a good night. Take both of these, then and stick ‘em on a boat, and you have yourself a par-tay!

Wellington’s Tugboat has played host to a long line of awesome gigs recently, but the addition of live painting by the uber talented Drypnz should make this event one not to miss. Wellington based artist Drypnz has been a busy lad of late, with work in shows both sides of the Tasman, live painting, and, for those of you in Wellington, the enormous mural on the new ‘Tattoo’ Apartments on Abel Smith Street.

Head down to the tug-boat on Saturday and catch him while you can.
