The wonderful Look See exhibition, a part of the Look Hear design and art event in Newcastle, returns again this year at the Watt Space Gallery – and we’re excited to see a bunch of great art getting up in the city.

“After an amazing show last year featuring some of the best artists and designers, the Look See exhibition is back to give Newcastle an experience to remember.”

As a part of the Look See event, which is “Part conference, part club house, part playground, and total design geek out” the look See event has a great line up.

“Last year we were lucky enough to feature the fantastic works of Beci Orpin, WeBuyYourKids, and Paul White alongside some of our local up and coming designers and illustrators. We’re aiming to make this year bigger and better, with a new gallery space, more artists and an exciting live art battle planned to kick off our opening night thanks to our friends at Secret Wars.”

Look See bring you not only, live art, inspiring designs and guest speakers throughout there residency at Watt Space Gallery but also Look Hear Afterglow sessions.

“Because we find it hard to say goodbye, we’re stretching the Look Hear nights out a bit longer with the Afterglow Sessions. The Afterglow Sessions give you a chance to have a bite to eat and a drink with the Look Hear speakers. Tickets are $10 which includes entry to the Afterglow to be held at The Silo Bar, on Newcastle’s Honeysuckle harbour.”

Also, the wonderful crew from SAW will also be a part of the line up!

If you didn’t get the chance to visit this magical land of Look See’s art and design now is your chance to experience something out of your everyday world. The crew are back with very special guests Secret Wars, who will be premiering a live art battle in Newie with Malade vs Houl and Sprinkles.
