We love seeing new spaces opening, and there have been a few lately! How Now will be making it’s Fitzroy (VIC) debut next week, with a great collection of artists and some pretty cool tunes to go along with it all.

“HOW NOW Warehouse is an artist run studios and exhibition space in the heart of Fitzroy’s thriving arts precinct.
Situated next to the Rose street markets, a 1920s industrial warehouse provides shelter for a diverse collective of artists in varying disciplines.

October 14th marks the beginning of a show in the HOW NOW Gallery that will display the works of many of the artists in the space, as well as a selection of pieces submitted from creatives outside of the collective including: Be Free, Jojo Hynes, Erin Greer, Scallywag, Kelly Read, Tahnee Kelland, Adele Wilkes, Benjamin Dean, Bobby Barons, Donna Sadler and many more.

Painting, Illustration, Sound art, Installation, Puppetry and Film are just some of the styles you’ll find across the exhibiting dates from October 14-16th.”

The names there give us a good idea that this new studio is going to rock – some of our favourites, and some new faces that we’re keen to follow! Head down to Fitzroy next Friday for all the fun, and to congratulate all the artists and creatives on embarking on the future of what we are sure will be a fruitful, and plentiful, art fill adventure.
