Get on ya bike … and ride on down this Thursday to the BI – Group Show at Somedays Gallery in Surry Hills, as a part of The Sydney Bicycle Film Festival.

“BI features the work of Australian and international artists who have been given a reproduction of a vintage bicycle poster to derive inspiration from. The artwork will hang side by side with the original poster, linking between old and new, then and now, what was and what could be.”

Local and International cycle artists along for the ride include: We Buy Your Kids, Mark Alsweiler, Sara Blake, Mark Drew, James Jirat Patradoon, Well Dressed Vandals, Anton Benois, Seamus Heidenreich, Kareena Zerefos, Michael Longton, Kevin Tran, and Dan Leon Krause.

This will be a spectacular visual ‘Tour d’Art’ and a challenging project for the wonderful artists above, but one we have faith will be accomplished, helmet strapped on!

Sounds like a perfect time to show off your rad ride, or just take a stroll down to the gallery and enjoy the images of two wheeled adventure in the most artistic of lights!
