“My art is both confusing and pleasing to the eye. I live and paint both inside my studio and outside on walls. Sydney is my home …” Says Numskull
The Tokyo born, Sydney based street artist has a style influenced by many a different media. With a mix of sign writering, and the obvious graffiti, comic and cartoon-esque takes on themes is what this man does best. The quirky creatures of his numskullian world, found all over the streets and up in galleries takes roots from its old British cartoon namesake, The Numskulls. Totes worth the artistic inspiration, we say!
Numskull, more like Funskull (as his web address so rightly dictates), is back with another solo exhibition “Mixed Messages” Presented by Kind Of Gallery, Sydney.
