Oh, nice! Not too much information on it, but, really, the flyer probably speaks for itself. Rattle Can Industries look like they’re jumping in feet first and hitting it hard up in Brissy with a really cool Street Culture Event.

With a whole heap of music and art, it is just one of those perfect blends of all the shit you love – and theres’ some great names amongst the artists – Tues, Vinson, Sheeps and Donnie Danger. The music looks sweet too, with Schoolfight on stage with Rainman and Mr Hill.

On that, I really do have to take a shameless chance right now to promote Schoolfight. Emcyte, one of the founding members, is an old friend from back in my Cairns days and I’ve been following these guys for years – they’re easily one of my favourite Oz hip hop outfits (that I still haven’t had a chance to see!).

Since forming in 2003, they’re released an album, a whole bunch of singles and they’ve expanded out their repertoire and members. Today, the stuff that they are producing is absolutely top notch. Big kudos to them and to all the other artists and acts on the bill, we reckon they should take this showcase of Brisbane and tour the country!

Really, if you’re up there, just GO!
