Ah, art and music, two things to sooth the soul, and that’s whats in store for those of you in Adelaide tomorrow night as GTNBZY unleash ADL onto the city, in an extravaganza of beats and paint!

“With winter upon us GTNBZY brings art and music to warm the souls of Adelaide with their fifth exhibition ‘ADL’. Upstairs at the Light Hotel on the 7th of July”, “ADL will showcase twelve of Adelaide’s emerging visual artists and five up and coming musical performers. The night will include a live mural being painted by Adelaide veteran Tarns”, “with live music hosted by local MC’s Koolta and The Kid.

‘ADL’ will be displaying art works ranging from acrylics and oils to spray paint and markers, featuring artists Dan Adams, Donovan Christie, Pip Cocciolone, Alex Gilchrist, Joel Sanders, Nick Strutton, Luke Trevorrow, Russel Freer, Dabman, Munki, Alexandra Palombi and Kevin Rumbelow. Paired up with the artwork comes the usual array of hip hop/electro acts to keep punters going throughout the night. Koolta and The Kid will be hosting the night, filled with some of Adelaide’s best emerging musical acts. ‘ADL’ will have Foreign Correspondence back with a fresh set, as well as DJ Antrax on the decks, Mashmatics bringing the mashups and DAB (Dropped at Birth) with their hip hop electro fusion. As well as hosting The Kid will also be performing and Koolta has promised a sneaky verse or two amongst his hosting duties throughout the night.”
