Art art art, tunes tunes tunes, the Vic knows how to bring it (as is evident from last years Park St Party and the recent Ink Dots Black Spots show), and they’re bringing it again with another Park St Party!

“On Saturday the 20th of October the Vic Bar is excited to announce that they will be hosting their second annual FREE Block Party.
Local artists and DJs will team up with international stars such as Low B (Hollertronix) and Dirty South Joe (Mad Decent) to create one of the best street parties Melbourne will see this year.

The Vic has been coordinating and hosting art exhibitions with local artists for a couple years now and is a big supporter of the local music scene. Hosting another Park St Party seemed

like the natural progression of this community involvement.

The Vic Bar is excited to announce that the international artists confirmed for the day are one half of the influential duo Hollertronix Low Budget, Mad Decent representative Dirty South Joe and Philadelphia turntable legend Major Taylor.

Throughout the day Melbourne’s graffiti royalty will have free reign on the Vic Bar’s exterior. Local graffiti artists who will be showcasing their talents include SimpleSime, Mayo, Dviate, Porno and more.

The party will run from 12pm – 1am, with the outside area shutting at 8pm. Throughout the day tunes will be spun from an outdoor stage, drinks will flow from the outside bar and the BBQ will be blazing. Inside you can expect the same vibe, just a bit louder.”

Last year event was great, and this is just the thing to bring in the summer of great music and great graff – mad shit indeed.
