Our good friend Eleven is exhibiting some work alongside photographer Prudence Blain at Two Knuckles Deep presented by Dirty Playground, this Sunday April 14th. There will be live painting, photography, tunes and give aways, so make sure you get down and check this!!!
“Partnering with GoGo Bar, Dirty Playground (DP) will be launching Melbourne’s up-and-coming raw, subversive artists. DP will be exploring cult themes such as street, erotic and tattoo art, which would have labelled you as the kid with a hand on his dick and one up his nose who just got taller. The experience will be strange and uncomfortable, getting you off in a queer way with all that kinky shit that you wish you did with your partner, but they said no.
DP’s launching exhibition kicks off with Melbourne’s most successful street artist you wish you already knew; Eleven and lustful, autobiographical and experiential photographer; Prudence Blain. Eleven, our future-proof and witty star will be producing a valiant mural by completing his work in front of a live audience on the launch night. Prudence Blain exposes a body of work that explores erotic knowledge of the human experience. Prudence will be present on the evening, in discussion with the launch by furthering her autobiographical photography by seducing the guests into posing for her as a continued experience of her work.
For your aural pleasure, Ivory Co.’s stellar DJ team featuring acts from Edd Fisher, Hudson James Jr., Bacon Booty, Jennifer Loveless, BOIKOT, Prequel, The Cause, Mitch Kurtz and Jobin and will be steering your expectations away from the traditional exhibition environment.
