So Dave Russell and I went and checked out Oz Comic Con last Saturday. What a laugh of a day. Saw some awesome costumes, and some pretty strange ones also!

As we are an art focused website, we particularly focused on checking out chall the stalls where artists were drawing live, or creating illustrations and anything art related. We think that there certainly are enough blogs and stuff out there that follow cosplay and all the actors and all, but we just dont see many that focus on the art side of things at Comic Cons – so we grabbed a few of those.

That said, of the cosplay, there were a lot of random characters scattered around the convention which made for some great shots, not to mention the Cosplay competition.
