Seasons of Change has been going on up at Revolver Upstairs for many years now, and although the curatorial effort may have recently changed, it all couldnt be in better hands. With the man Silkroy having taken the helm and already producing an amazing new show in the previous Autumn 2016 edition featuring the ACM crew, he’s back herding artists ftogether or another fine display of work. This time around, Seasons of Change, Winter – the 20th installment in the series will be showcasing the talents of some of Melbournes leading graffiti and street artists who focus on the character side of thing – because as the man says himself, no production is complete without one!
From the press release –
“Brought to you by Revolver Upstairs ‘Seasons of Change’ has been showcasing local and international artists at Revolvers internal and external art spaces for over 5 years. The elements of each event is dictated by the event’s artists, however all will feature a large scale mural on outside wall lasting for three months and a one night only exhibition. Limited edition commemorative prints will also be produced for each exhibition. Following the event prints will then be available for sale on the DangerFork online store (if not sold out).
No production is complete without a fresh character, so join us at our Winter edition as we celebrate some of the finest character artists from Melbourne and interstate.
