The lads at Vic Bar are throwing another Park St Party this weekend!! Judging by the photos from the last one, this looks like a cracker! Live graff by Mayo, Mr Steve Cross, Sat, Ethics, Dvate, Porno, Awsem, Askem and Simplesime! And a pretty decent line up on the decks! Get down and enjoy!
“Walkin past an alley way or side street and that familiar waft of paint fills your nostrils – you take a step back and peer down to see a crew of painters doing their thing!
Interested you wander down, stand around, kick a stone or two in the gutter, watch them paint, and wonder……….. what is it, what will it look like, should I bother them……. and then, you are on your merry way back on your path to finish the day.
Well lets give you the chance to enjoy the whole journey – Park St Party has previously hosted 2 bloc parties, whilst punters enjoyed a drink, danced to great music and also watched painters fill a wall big enough to see from the moon! ok – not that big but close enough, especially when you are only metres away from the action. This year you can come watch some of Melbourne’s most talented work on a blank chrome canvas and see it transform into a full edge to edge production wall by sunset. Paint dripping, dabbling & flying in close proximity, whilst you have a drink with friends and beats fill the airwaves.
