Who doesn’t love abandoned spaces? If you don’t, then you’re probably on the wrong website – as abandos are one of our favourite things. Throughout Melbourne, there are a whole slew of UrbEx individuals, traversing the broken, forgotten corners of commerce and industry, snapping pics of the beautiful decaying detritus. This week in Melbourne, you’ll get a chance to check out a whole bunch of shots form some of these adventures, with Forbidden Spaces.
“Forbidden Spaces brings together the vision of five Melbourne based photographers.
Each with their own unique eye for detail and appreciation of the derelict spaces captured. Creating a window for the viewer to a world forgotten, decaying, overgrown and absent of life.
They invite you in to find the beauty amongst the decay – join them as they showcase a unique visual narrative of abandoned structures from Melbourne and around the world.”
