DAMN! What happened to 2016? The air is getting warmer (albeit only slightly) and the days are getting longer, which means Spring is coming!!!
One of Invurt’s favourite ongoing series “Seasons of Change # 21 Spring” is back once again this time welcoming some of Melbourne’s finest up and comers in Graffiti, giving them an opportunity to show their awesome work on canvas. The show is co-curated by Kid Silk and Ariana from NFA Gallery so we are bound to see some fresh work!!
From the Revolver Arts Press Release: “Brought to you by Revolver Upstairs ‘Seasons of Change’ has been showcasing local and international artists at Revolver’s internal and external art spaces for over 5 years. The elements of each event is dictated by the event’s artists, however all will feature a large scale mural on outside wall lasting for three months and a one night only exhibition. Limited edition commemorative prints will also be produced for each exhibition. Following the event, prints will then be available for sale on the DangerFork online store (if not sold out).
Co-curated by Kid Silk and Ariana (NFA Gallery), the Spring 2016 edition of Seasons Of Change, ‘The Come Up’ looks to give some much deserved shine to the future of Melbourne graffiti. These guys are out there doing their thing, pushing themselves and the scene forwards so join us for what will be another classic in this long running night.
