‘Waiting in Line’ is a new body of work by artist Conrad Square, comprising conceptual paintings and sculpture. While playful on the surface, these pieces convey great emotion and depth. The narrative depicts a society whose daily routines have become regimented and stark; questioning the individuality within the individual.

Square uses a robust composition of characters, symbols and typography to garner the viewers’ attention and communicate his message.

Roll down for the opening on Friday the 19th of November at B-SIDE Gallery 6 – 9pm, proudly supported by Atomic, Gage Roads Brewing Co. and Matso’s Beer.
