Only just last week we were at the amazing Melbourne‘s Burning show, and again, this week, Paradise Hills gives us another, Project-Ion. We received this in our mail the other day, and thought it sounded pretty intriguing.
All that said, to tell truth, at first the idea behind the show still perplexed us a little a little, so we got in contact with the guys behind it and they offered us some further explanation – and it got us pretty excited.
“As part of L’Oreal Melbourne’s Cultural program( www.lmff.com.au )Fort Heart is very proud to present ‘PROJECT-ION / AN EXHIBITION’. The Fort Heart ‘necklace’ is based upon slide film. We have captured the first 10 artists, and their work will be projected during the night. Its an exhibition celebrating these artists via slide film. Its an intimate exhibition that will, hopefully, also express the purpose of going back to creative, no digital grounds.”
In essence, it’s a new media projection exhibition that will be featuring some amazing artists works and processes – something we’re always keen to see. Again, Paradise Hills shows its innovation in putting on shows with a difference.
